Volume

The longer the text, the less each additional word costs

Rates are progressive, like tax bands: each band of words in a text is charged at its own rate. The first 5,000 words are charged at the first rate, words 5,001 to 10,000 at the second, and so on. Passing a threshold never makes the earlier words cheaper, so a longer text never costs less than a shorter one.

Rates are per 1,000 words. An average novel runs between 70,000 and 100,000 words. Example, an 80,000-word novel: Standard €20.10 (€1.75 for the first 5,000 words, €1.60 for the next 5,000, €4.20 for words 10,001–25,000, €6.25 for 25,001–50,000 and €6.30 for the last 30,000); Premium €28.50 (€2.50, €2.25, €6.00, €8.75 and €9.00 for the same bands); Best Seller €42.90 (€3.75, €3.40, €9.00, €13.25 and €13.50 for the same bands). Your 1,000 free words cover the first words of your first text. Prices are confirmed automatically in your account before you spend any credits, and may be updated from time to time — what you see at upload is always what you pay.

Blocks are translated as soon as you submit them, typically appearing within moments. You can start reviewing before the whole document is finished.

Batch — 50% off

Applies a further 50% discount on top of your chosen tier. Processing can take up to 24 hours (often much less), and the full text is submitted for translation in one pass rather than block by block. Best for large, non-urgent volumes.

Every tier lets you read each block next to its source, edit any paragraph and check the result before you download. Nothing is final until you approve it, and there is no extra charge for this.

AI second pass — optional, +50%

A second AI review reads the finished translation, identifies the passages where a better solution exists, proposes the alternative and explains why it is better. You accept or reject each suggestion. Turning it on adds 50% to the translation cost.
