We come out of the meeting between literary translation and language systems engineering. We don't dress up automation as something it isn't — we built a platform that produces a strong first translation fast, and puts the final polish in your hands.
How we got here
A concrete problem
Translating a novel through a traditional agency costs thousands and takes months. For an independent publisher, or for anyone translating on their own account, that often means giving up on a text that deserves to exist in another language — not for lack of interest, but because the arithmetic doesn't work.
Subscription machine translation solves the cost and creates a different problem. The text comes back readable at sentence level, but over a whole volume it comes apart: names drift, register flattens, and there's no way to fix a paragraph without starting the whole process over.
We built this platform to close that gap: consistency over three hundred pages, and a way for you to fix what needs fixing without waiting on anyone.
How we work
Technology we govern
The translation engine runs on infrastructure we configure and tune directly. We choose Standard, Premium and Best Seller models specifically because they perform best at translation — not because they're the cheapest general-purpose option available.
That gives us control over two things that matter to you: real privacy commitments we can actually stand behind (see our privacy policy), and the ability to adapt — if a project needs its own conventions, we can build them into the system instead of leaving you to fix every instance by hand.

Your material is never used to train any model — details in our privacy policy, not a side letter.
Nothing final without your say
You have full access to review and edit every block before you download, in every tier. You can also switch on an optional AI second pass (+50%) that proposes better solutions and explains why — you accept or reject each one. Control over the final text belongs to you, not to us.
